Vendor Screening

We know that hiring the right vendor to service your home is a hard task to take on.

Who can you trust? Do they do good, quality work? Am I getting a quality product or result? Are they charging a fair price? All these questions can come to mind when trying to find the right people to work on your property.

We take out the stress and screen vendors for you!

At HomeTeam Property Management we have a very thorough screening process to ensure that we are hiring the best, most qualified vendors.

We are constantly seeking out qualified, professional vendors to fulfill goods or maintenance contracts for our residential and commercial properties. Maintenance includes landscaping, pool care, exterminating, painting, construction and more.

We make sure to inspect all work and will survey to make sure all work was done to satisfaction. We will suspend, terminate, or no longer consider future retention if any deficiencies or complaints are noted.

We have the following expectations for our vendors:

  • Provide proof of General Liability Insurance.
  • Provide a copy of valid licenses.
  • Have a full list of services that they are qualified and are licensed to perform.
  • Provide all goods and services in a timely manner.
  • Treat all company representatives, owners and tenants in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Communicate effectively about job statuses with company in a timely manner.
  • Provide professional and detailed invoices and estimates.

As a representative for communities, associations, and properties, we seek only those vendors/contractors who provide exceptional goods and services.
